At The Gates: Continue promoting "At War With Reality", touring update for 2015
After an extremely successful European tour together with labelmates Triptykon and Morbus Chron at the end of the eventful last year, Swedish melodic Death Metal pioneers AT THE GATES will continue to promote their much acclaimed comeback studio album and Century Media Records debut "At War With Reality" with further worldwide touring in 2015.
Most recently, AT THE GATES performed in Turkey/ Greece and they have been announced to appear at this year's edition of Copenhell Festival (Denmark), Getaway Rock (Sweden), G! Festival (Faroe Islands), Grasopo (Belgium), Wacken Open Air (Germany), for a trip to China and many more. Also, the spectacular line-up for the upcoming North American "Decibel Magazine Tour" together with Converge and labelmates Vallenfyre has been expanded by the addition of Pallbearer. Please also notice that this weekend's shows in Italy have unfortunately been cancelled last minute by the promoter, but AT THE GATES will have a next live-announcement for that territory made on February 4th. Look out!
"At War With Reality" ranked high in a majority of metal media's 2014 year-end polls, scored "Best Metal album of the year" with iTunes (USA/UK) and also got the band nominated for the Swedish Grammy "Grammis" (Category: Best Hard Rock / Metal album), the National Swedish Radio "P3 Guld" award as well as the Swedish independent music award "Manifest". Congratulations!
"At War With Reality" entered national sales charts upon release in several countries as follows: Sweden: # 3, Germany: # 25, USA: # 53, Finland: # 15, Austria: # 39. Switzerland: # 51, UK: #132, UK Rock Charts: # 13, Belgium (Flemish): # 78, Belgium (Wallonia): # 162, Greece: # 38, France: # 119 and Japan (Oricon International): # 17.
