Cryptopsy: Return to Europe this Summer!
Cryptopsy: Return to Europe this Summer!
With last year’s “The Unspoken King”, Montreal’s killing machine CRYPTOPSY has released its most dynamic and diverse effort to date and fronted by new vocalist Matt McGachy, the band celebrated a triumphant worldwide touring cycle in support of the release which saw them be part of the “Summer Slaughter” tour across North America together with The Black Daliah Murder, Kataklysm, Despised Icon and many more last Summer, a Canadian tour with Origin, as well as two European visits including one lengthy headline run with support by Beneath The Massacre, Trigger The Bloodshed and Ignominious Incarceration last Winter.

The time is come now for CRYPTOPSY to return to Europe and guitarist Chris Donaldson checks in as follows:
"We are very proud to return to Europe with this new line-up! Youri Raymond (Secret Chiefs 3 / Unhuman) is one of the most solid guitar players we had the chance to ever play with. This mini-tour will give us a nice break from the writing process of our next album. So far the material’s direction tends to be back-to-the-roots of the ‘None So Vile’ or ‘Whisper Supremacy’ era. This is the strongest CRYPTOPSY has been in long time! Get ready for brutality…probably more than you can handle."

Here are the upcoming CRYPTOPSY shows in Europe:
24.07.2009 Vienna, Austria - Escape
25.07.2009 Obersinn, Germany - Eisenwahn Festival
