Sanctuary: : signs worldwide deal with Century Media Records

Century Media Records is proud to announce the signing of the legendary Seattle metal band SANCTUARY. In 2010, four of the founding members, Warrel Dane, Jim Sheppard, Lenny Rutledge and Dave Budbill, came together to for a few select reunion performances. At first, it was just going to be a handful of shows, but the response and chemistry on stage was so overwhelming, the guys changed their minds. Now, some 20 years after they left off, Sanctuary will continue with their unique mix of US power metal, hard rock and progressive elements and begin work on a new LP. To complete the line-up, Brad Hull (Forced Entry) will be filling in for former guitar player Sean Blosi. A late 2013 release is planned. Comments the band: Warrel Dane: "Having been with Century Media since 1995 with Nevermore it was a very comfortable decision for Sanctuary to sign with them. Century Media has a great team that always delivers for all of their bands. I've known most of them on a first name basis for many years and I look forward to this new chapter in history." In anticipation of their upcoming release, Israel's ORPHANED LAND have premiered a new lyrical video for the song "Let The Truce Be Known", taken from the band's new 6th studio album, "All Is One", which will surface on June 24th (June 25th USA) via CENTURY MEDIA RECORDS. Singer Kobi Farhi explains about the story behind "Let The Truce Be Known": "The main inspiration for the story behind the song lies with the famous World War 1 story called "The Christmas Truce". We were simply blown away from that story. From the way that those holyday songs were the trigger to bring the enemies to co-exist and celebrate together as brothers for one night in No Man's Land. The next day they just got back to bomb and kill each other. It is an outstanding story that shows us the eternal hope of mankind, the power of music and the tragedy that despite all of that - evil still prevails." Watain: : announce "All That May Bleed" single release

Southern California's female fronted hard rockers, IN THIS MOMENT, are gearing up to record their first ever DVD which is being shot at their upcoming tour stop on May 21st in Madison, WI at the Orpheum Theater. IN THIS MOMENT has partnered up with long time supporter, radio station WJJO, as part of their Mayday Maylay concert series. The band has a bunch of surprises in store for this show including rarely played songs from their catalog and an all-new stage show created specifically for this concert. Also performing that night are special guests Nonpoint and Gemini Syndrome. The concert is being directed by Brad Golowin who is known for his work with Miss May I and 10 Years to name a few.
